This notice describes how Primos Bo'ot handles personal information collected through primosboot.com. It applies to the website only. Engagement-specific data handling is governed by the service agreement you sign with us.

What we collect
When you submit the consultation form on /contact we receive the fields you fill in: name, email address, phone number (optional), company, sector, business stage, services of interest, your message, and your preferred contact method and time.
We also receive the IP address from which the submission was made (for rate-limiting and abuse prevention), and the date and time.
The website does not run any analytics or advertising trackers at this time. The only cookie the site sets is `NEXT_LOCALE`, which remembers your language preference (en / tet / pt). It is not used for tracking.
How we use it
Form submissions are emailed to info@primosboot.com (Microsoft 365). We use Resend (resend.com) as our transactional email provider — they process the message in transit. We reply to your enquiry from info@primosboot.com.
We use the information only to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to deliver the services you've engaged us to perform. We do not sell, rent, or share submission data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Consultation enquiry emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as is necessary to respond and to keep a record of the engagement we discussed. You can ask us to delete a specific enquiry at any time by emailing info@primosboot.com.
Third-party services on this site
Email delivery — Resend (resend.com).
Static hosting / proxy — Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) sits in front of our origin server.
Map embed — the contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, which loads from google.com when the page is viewed.
Fonts — Inter and Sora from Google Fonts, served from primosboot.com (self-hosted at build time), so no request is made to Google at view time.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct any inaccurate information, or to delete information we are not required to retain. Write to info@primosboot.com. We aim to respond within one business day.
